WCO Spring 2009 edition

Hello everyone,

We hope you’re all well. Yes, this marks the triumphant, albeit perhaps temporary, return of the Writers’ Circle Online. We don’t plan to discontinue the Writers’ Circle – it’s a valuable forum for contributors and readers alike – but we are planning to make some changes. NISA and Open Minds Quarterly are growing exponentially and we’re looking at ways to streamline our work, without compromising our product. This is your opportunity to provide your feedback. What would you like to see in a electronic writers’ forum? Would you like to see the Writers’ Circle continue on the NISA website? What about a bi-monthly or quarterly e-newsletter? Would you like to read themed versions of the WCO? Should the forum be limited to poetry or expanded to include various types of writing? What do you think of NISA’s website? What changes would you like to see? Is there information missing you’d like to see included at www.nisa.on.ca?

Let us know what you think; we want to make this as participatory as possible. It’s contributors and readers like you who keep us moving forward. You make our work worthwhile. You may reach us via e-mail at openminds@nisa.on.ca or by calling +1-705-675-9193 ext. 8286.

Happy reading,

Mary Katherine Keown
