Two job opportunities at NISA |
|
 NISA is currently seeking applicants for two job openings, Program Coordinator and Nutrition Program Coordinator. Both are part-time contract positions, and we are looking for qualified consumer/survivors.
The Program Coordinator position is a one-year maternity leave replacement, and in this job, the successful candidate will be responsible for the general coordination and operation of NISA programs and related activities for 17.5 hours per week. The deadline for application is September 24, 2010.
The Nutrition Program Coordinator contract will be 16 weeks in duration for 10 hours a week and the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and operation of the Eating Well for Mental Health Pilot Project at NISA. The deadline for application is September 17, 2010.

Are you coming? NISA Members Invited to Annual General Meeting |

 NISA members should have received their invitations already announcing our 2010 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 15. This year's meeting will be held at the Caruso Club from 5 to 8 p.m.. We will review the organization's business from 2009-2010, watch a short film, listen to a speaker and enjoy the company of our fellow members -- all while enjoying a fine meal. Volunteers Needed to Help Refurbish Computers |

 The Northern Computer Refurbishing Depot has received a large donation of computers, and we need volunteers to come help us clean and refurbish them for our customers. If you want to learn more about the insides of computers, consider coming out any time Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to work with our Technician.
Computer packages can be purchaed from NCRD for $81.00. You'll get a Pentium 4 machine, with a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Perfect for general computer use like e-mail, internet and word-processing. Call us at 675-9193, ext. 8266 for details. |
