New Meditation Group

December sessions include:

Living in a fast-paced world, we often cram our days with lists of things to do, yet rarely schedule time to quiet our minds and relieve our bodies from life’s day-to-day stressors. By joining NISA’s Meditation Group participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and wellness.
