Project Description

Sexual Wellness Month at NISA

Every month this year at NISA we have focused our programming on a different part of wellness, for a holistic examination of our many humans dimensions and an opportunity to further inform our self care practices. This coming month we are exploring issues, concerns, and opportunities for further care, in relation to sexual health and wellness.

Sexual health is more than freedom from sexual disease or disorders…Sexual health is non-exploitive and respectful of self and others…Sexual health is dependent upon an individual’s well-being and sense of self-esteem. Sexual health requires trust, honesty, and communication.

– Eli Coleman
