The Sudbury Yogathon for Mental Health: A NISA Fundraiser

We are thrilled to announce our FIRST big fundraiser of the year is a Yogathon for Mental Health!! The Yogathon is geared to be accessible for all experience levels, and be a day of community building and personal growth around yoga and mental health awareness. Specialized instructors from studios across Sudury will be leading sessions in styles as diverse as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative, Hatha, Baptiste, Chakra Energizing, Kundalin, and Yin yoga. There will be exhibitors on-site to provide local products such as health foods, refreshments, mental health information, clothing, and natural health products.

Since this event is a fundraiser for NISA, and to ensure that the day is made as accessible as possible, the registration is FREE for NISA members!

  2. Fill out the application package
  3. Write “NISA MEMBER” on the top of the form
