All month we have scheduled wellness-based workshops and programs to inspire us to think differently and take charge of our mental wellness during these colder and darker, bluer, months. You’ll find physical activities, plant therapy, magical paws, laughter yoga, drumming circles, medicine bag workshops, are more!
Our annual Beat the Blues Party is happening Friday, February 19th from 9-2pm. It is a day dedicated to connecting with and taking care ourselves, being mindful of things that bring us greater wellness and regaining equilibrium. Included in this day will be yoga, spa-related treatments, drumming, meditation, face painting, crafts and workshops, a SAD lamp station, a feel-good movie, and lunch. You don’t want to miss it!
