Wellness Tools & Resources

There are two wellness tools and resources available to help your peers on their path to recovery that we like to recommend, the WRAP program and the handbook called Pathways to Recovery. They have been used for many years and both have been described by peers as being useful in developing their self-awareness and ability to manage life with mental illness. WRAP’s approach is centered around personal responsibility, hope, education, self-advocacy, and support, while Pathways to Recovery guides individuals through goal setting by focusing on strengths rather than symptoms or treatments.
