The Regional Warm Line

What is the Regional Warm Line?

Feeling lonely, depressed, isolated or anxious? Feeling the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder (SAD)? Do you need a listening ear in the evening or on the weekend?

The Regional Warm Line is here to help. Each night, at the exception of stat holidays, peer support workers are available to answer your call.
The Warm Line offers peer support to folks all across northeastern Ontario and addresses some of the challenges facing people with lived experience of mental health challenges/illness. All calls are kept confidential. Whether you need help with a particular problem, or you just need to hear a human voice, the Warm Line is open to your call from 6 pm to midnight.

Give us a call when you need to talk: 1-866-856-9276(WARM)
